How it works
1. In the left sidebar, click on the "Leads" item
2. In the left sidebar under LEADBOOSTER section, click on "Chatbot" option
3. Click on "Continue to Chatbot" button in the main content area
4. Click on the "Set up Chatbot" button to begin configuration
5. Select a color from the available theme options
6. Click on the "Continue" button to proceed with the theme selection
7. In the bot profile section, click on the "Pip" name field to customize your chatbot
8. You can also change the language by clicking the dropdown
9. Click on the "Continue" button to move forward with the profile settings
10. Review the conversation template options displayed and choose one
11. Click on the "Create playbook" button at the bottom of the template screen
12. Review your chatbot conversation flow then click "Save" once satisfied
