Here is how to create and edit permissions in pipedrive

  1. First click on the user profile icon in the top-right corner
  2. Then click on "Manage users" in the dropdown menu under Company Overview section
  3. Click on the "Permission sets" tab in the Manage users section
  4. Click on the "+Permission set" button to create a new set
  5. Fill in the required information for your new permission set
  6. Click on "Save" button to create the permission set
  7. Here you can edit the permissions for your new set
  8. To add a user to your newly created set click the "Users and access" link
  9. Click on the checkbox next to the user's row in the users list
  10. Click the permission set dropdown
  11. Choose the permission set to assign to the user
  12. Save the changes by clicking the button "Edit user"
  13. Finally click on "Confirm" button to apply the changes
