How it works
1. First click on the "Leads" tab in the top navigation bar
2. Then click on "Chatbot" in the left sidebar menu under LEADBOOSTER section
3. Next click on the options menu ("..." button) for the chatbot you want to edit
4. Click on "Edit" option in the dropdown menu
5. You can edit your playbook flow in the "Playbook editor" tab
6. In the "Profile and theme" tab, you can customize the appearance of your chatbot
7. And lastly in the "Installation" tab you can install your bot on your desired website
