Pipedrive
Pipedrive is a sales CRM designed to streamline pipeline management and deal tracking.
How it works
1. First click on the profile avatar in the top-right corner of the header
2. Then select "Personal preferences" from the dropdown menu
3. Next click on "Notifications" in the left sidebar menu
4. Locate the "Receive messages via WhatsApp Business" option under the Marketing and communications preferences section
5. Then check or uncheck the option to enable or disable it based on your preference
6. Finally click on the "Save" button at the bottom of the page to apply the changes
