- Next click on "Meeting scheduler" button in the top toolbar
- From the dropdown menu, hover over "Pick times" option and click the gear icon
- In the pending proposals list, locate the specific-time meeting you want to delete
- Then click the trash can icon next to the meeting
- Finally click on the "Delete" button to remove the scheduled meeting or call
