Here is how to create new availability in pipedrive

  1. First, click on the "Activities" menu in the left sidebar
  2. Next click on the "Meeting scheduler" dropdown button in the top toolbar
  3. Select the "Manage availability" option in the dropdown menu
  4. Then click on "Add availability" button in the General availability window
  5. Now select a duration option for meeting length
  6. Next add an availability duration if needed
  7. Then click the "+" below any day to add available hours
  8. Click on the time slot block to select your available hours
  9. When adding your hours, you can copy hours from one day to others while editing if needed
  10. Once done, click on "Save" button to confirm time slot settings
  11. Next click on "BUFFER AND TIME SETTINGS" dropdown to expand additional options
  12. Use the buffer and time settings to customize how far in advance people can book your time and how much time you have before and after appointments
  13. Next click “Continue to meeting details” to move to the next window
  14. Here you can customize the message recipients see when booking through your Scheduler such as the meeting name, location, description, video call options, required fields, and optional footer text
  15. Then once done, click on "Continue" button to proceed
  16. Now copy the generated link to share with recipients or embed it on your website
  17. Finally, click the "Done" button to complete the setup
  18. You have successfully created your new meeting availability, it will now be listed in your general availability section
