How it works
1. First click on "Calls" tab in the main navigation menu
2. Then click on "Create Call" button in the top toolbar
3. Next click on "Log a call" option from the dropdown menu
4. In the call form, click on the dropdown under Call Type field
5. From the Call Type dropdown, click on "Inbound" option
6. Then verify the "Log a call" form title by configuring the required fields
7. Finally click the "Save" button to submit the call log
