How it works
1. First click on the "Calls" tab in the top navigation menu
2. Then click on the "Create Call" button in the calls list toolbar
3. Next select "Schedule a call" option from the Create Call dropdown menu
4. In the Schedule a call form, select a "Contact" from the Call For dropdown menu and fill in other required fields
5. Finally click the "Schedule" button at the bottom of the form to schedule the call
