How to edit or delete meetings on Zoho CRM

How it works

  1. First click on the "Meetings" tab in the top navigation menu
  2. Then click on the title in the meetings list
  3. Next click on the "Edit" button in the top-right corner of the meeting details page
  4. In the Meeting Information modal window that appears, configure the details on the open fields provided
  5. After returning to the meeting details page, click on the menu "Settings" button in the top-right corner
  6. Select "Delete" option from the dropdown menu
  7. When prompted, click on "Delete Only This Meeting" button in the confirmation dialog
  8. Finally, click the "Delete" button in the final confirmation popup to permanently remove the meeting
