How to integrate SurveyMonkey with Salesforce

- First click on the "Create" button in the top menu
- Then click on "Zaps" in the left sidebar under the "Automated workflows" section
- Click on the "Trigger" section to start setting up your Zap
- Click into the search box to find an app
- Type "surveymonkey" in the search box to filter apps
- Click on the "SurveyMonkey" app from the search results
- Choose a "Trigger event" for your Surveymonkey
- Then click on "Continue" after choosing
- Here select a survey to use from your Surveymonkey
- Click the "Continue" button after choosing a survey
- Then click the "Continue" button to proceed
- Click the search box again to find another app
- Type "salesforce" in the search box to filter apps
- Click on "Salesforce Pro" from the available options
- Choose an "Action event" for Salesforce
- Click the "Continue" button to move forward
- Click again the "Continue" button once done configuring
- Finally click on the "Publish" button to complete the setup
