Here is how to hide the group title in an airtable form

  1. First navigate to the base that contains your form and click on the "Forms" tab
  2. In the forms list, select the form that contains the group you want to edit
  3. On the form canvas, click the form group you want to edit
  4. In the Properties panel on the right, locate the "Show group title" toggle under the Appearance section
  5. Then click the toggle to turn it off
  6. The group title will no longer be displayed above the group fields in the form
  7. Click the "Publish" button in the top-right corner to make the changes live, if desired
