First, click on "CRM" in the left sidebar and select the object based on where the email is located (Contacts, Companies, Deals, or Tickets)
Then click on the record name to open its details
Click on the "Overview" tab in the record details view
Scroll down and find the email you want to forward under "Recent Activities"
Click on the "Forward" button next to the email
In the "To" field, enter the recipient’s email address and select it from the recipient suggestions
Next in the email message body area start composing the message
Finally, click the "Forward" button to send the email
