How to enable anonymous responses in SurveyMonkey

How it works
1. First click the survey title in the main content area
2. Then click on the "COLLECT RESPONSES" tab in the survey navigation menu
3. Next click on the collector in the collectors list
4. Then click on the "Anonymous responses" settings option in the collector settings
5. Finally select the "On, your respondents will be anonymous" radio button in the anonymous responses dropdown
