  1. First in Zendesk sell, click on the "Contacts" icon in the left sidebar menu
  2. Then navigate to the contacts list view in the main workspace
  3. Next click on the checkbox next to the contacts you want to delete
  4. Click on the "Delete" button in the top action bar to initiate contact deletion
  5. In the confirmation dialog, click on the checkbox
  6. Finally click on the "Delete" button to permanently remove the selected contacts
