How to delete a knowledge base category in HubSpot

Here is how to delete a knowledge base category in hubspot

  1. First click on the "Content" option in the left sidebar
  2. Then click on "Knowledge Base" item in the Content menu
  3. Next click on "Configure" button in the top-right corner
  4. Select on "Categories" option in the dropdown menu
  5. Next in the left sidebar, find the category you want to delete and click on the "Delete" button next it
  6. Finally, click on "Yes, delete category" button in the confirmation dialog
  7. Category successfully deleted. Please note that all articles and subcategories must be removed before a category can be deleted
