Here is how to create an event type in calendly

  1. First click on the "Event types" tab in the left sidebar
  2. Next click the "New Event Type" button in the top right corner
  3. Choose your preferred event type from the dropdown menu
  4. In the Name field, enter a title for your event
  5. Click the color dropdown and select a color from the color picker
  6. Next click the “Duration” dropdown
  7. Select the desired length for your event
  8. In the "Location" section, select how and where the meeting will take place
  9. Click on "Availability" section to view scheduling options
  10. Here you can configure when people can book this event
  11. Next click the "More options" link at the bottom of the form
  12. Here, you can add additional details like a description, buffer time, booking page options, or other custom settings
  13. When everything is set, click the "Save changes" button to confirm your settings and create the event
  14. Finally, click the “Exit” button (×) in the top-right corner to return to your dashboard
