Here is how to create a user segment in zendesk guide admin

  1. First in Guide admin, click on the "User permissions" icon in the sidebar
  2. Click on "User segments" in the left sidebar menu
  3. Then click the "Add new" button in the top-right corner of the page
  4. Enter a "Name" for the new user segment
  5. Select your preferred user type
  6. Under attributes, you can filter by tag and organization as needed
  7. To add users to the segment, click on "Add individual users" link under the Individual users section
  8. Next click on "Individual users" dropdown menu
  9. Select the users you want to include from the list of available users
  10. Finally, once done click the "Create segment" button at the bottom to save your new user segment
  11. Your user segment is now successfully created and ready to be used
