  1. First in Zendesk sell, click on the "Settings" icon in the left sidebar
  2. Then click on Leads, Contacts or Deals under Customize section
  3. Click on "Smart List Templates" tab in the settings area
  4. Next click on "New template" button at the bottom right corner
  5. Now start adding fields, set field options, and refine the working list as needed
  6. Next click the "Pencil" icon in the smart list name
  7. Enter the name for your smart list template
  8. Finally, click the "Save template" button to save the template
