  4. Click on the "New team inbox" button in the main content area
  5. Click on the "Untitled Team inbox" text field to name your team inbox
  6. Click on the "Select at least one teammate..." search field to add team members
  7. Select a user from the teammate options
  8. Finally click on the "Create Team inbox" button at the bottom of the form
