First locate the board whose thumbnail you want to change from the dashboard
Next click the "More options" button (three dots) next to it
Then click on "Change thumbnail" in the dropdown menu
Alternatively, open the board and click the more options button (three dots) in the top header bar
Click on "Board" from the dropdown menu
Click "Details" option from the expanded menu
Then click on "Change thumbnail" in the board details dialog
In the thumbnail selector dialog, select from the available options
You can also click on "Select board area" option
Then select your desired area of the board to use as thumbnail
Another option is to click on "Upload" and upload a new image from your device
