How to assign copies of tasks in Asana

How it works

  1. First click on a project in the left sidebar
  2. Then click the task you want to copy and assign
  3. Click on the assignee field showing current assignee name
  4. Click on "Assign to multiple people" option
  5. Type the name or email into the input field then select the person you want to assign from the suggestions dropdown
  6. Select another person from the suggestions dropdown if you want to assign multiple people
  7. Finally click on "Assign tasks" button
