How to add status updates to goals in Asana

How it works

  1. First click on the "Goals" item in the left sidebar navigation menu
  2. Then click the goal you want to add a status update to in the main content area
  3. Next click on the "Latest status" in the goal details panel
  4. Then click the "Update status" button in the top-right corner
  5. Next click on the desired status option in the status dropdown menu
  6. Then click on the title field
  7. Next type in the desired name for the status update
  8. Then fill out the necessary information needed for your status update
  9. Finally click the "Post" button in the top-right corner to submit the status update
