How to create recurring event tasks in Asana

How it works

  1. First click on your event project in the left sidebar
  2. Then click on "Add task" button in the task menu bar
  3. Type in the name of the event and hit enter on your keyboard
  4. Next click on the event you just created to open up the details pane
  5. Then click on the calendar icon
  6. Next click on the "Set to repeat" icon
  7. Select a recurrence pattern from the available weekly options
  8. Finally click on the "Leave task" arrow button in the top-right corner to complete the recurring event task creation
