Here is how to add a field to a form in airtable

  1. First navigate to the base that contains your form and click on the "Forms" tab
  2. In the forms list, select the form you want to edit
  3. Next hover in between fields and click on the blue "+" icon where you want to add the field
  4. Choose the field you want to add from the available options
  5. To add a new field, click on "Create field" button
  6. Then select a field type in the field type list
  7. Enter a name for your new field in the field name input
  8. Next click the "Create field" button
  9. You have successfully added a new field to your form. Click the “Publish” button to update the live form
