Here is how to share a dashboard in salesforce

  1. First click on the "Dashboards" tab in the top navigation menu
  2. Then click on "New Folder" button in the top right corner
  3. Click in the "Folder Label" text field
  4. Click on the "Save" button to create the folder
  5. Click on "All Dashboards" in the left sidebar
  6. Click on the action menu (arrow down) of the dashboard you want to share
  7. Select "Move" from the dropdown menu
  8. Select the folder you newly created
  9. Click the "Select Folder" button to confirm the move
  10. Click on "All Folders" in the left sidebar navigation
  11. Click on the action menu (arrow down) of the folder you want to share
  12. Select "Share" from the dropdown menu
  13. Click on the "Users" dropdown menu
  14. Select "Public Groups" from the dropdown options
  15. Click in the "Search Public Groups" field
  16. Click on "Entire Organization" in the search results
  17. Finally click the "Done" button below to share your folder containing your dashboard
