Here is how to set ring rule into randomly for a ring to element in aircall
- First click on "Home" button in the left sidebar
- Then click on "Numbers" item in the left sidebar
- Next click on the name of the number you want to manage from the table
- Then click on "Edit" button
- Then click on the "Ring to" node in the smartflow editor
- Then click on the "Ringing rule" dropdown
- Then select "Randomly" for the ringing rule
- Finally click on the "Publish" button
