Here is how to set page visibility in hubspot

  1. First click on the "Content" icon in the left sidebar
  2. Next in the content, navigate to "Website page" or "Landing page" menu depending on where your page is located
  3. In the pages list, click on the page you want to update visibility settings for
  4. Then click on the "Settings" dropdown menu in the top navigation bar
  5. Select "Audience Access" option from the Settings dropdown menu
  6. In the settings modal window, select an audience access option to control who can view the page. You can make it public, restrict it with a password, require group membership, or limit access via SSO as needed
  7. Once done, click the close (X) button in the top-right corner to close the settings modal
  8. Finally click on "Update" button in the top right corner to apply the changes
  9. Your page visibility settings have been updated and now control who can view your site
