How it works
1. First, click on the "More options" menu (three dots) next the Channels section in the left sidebar
2. Then click on "Browse Channels" option from the dropdown menu
3. Finally in the Channels list, each channel will display either "Following" if you're already subscribed or "Follow" if you haven't yet
