Here is how to permanently delete a tag in klaviyo
- First click on your organization name in the bottom left corner
- Next click on "Settings" option in the dropdown menu
- Click on "Tags" option in the left settings menu
- Then locate the tag you want to rename in the list
- Next click on the menu icon (three dots) next to the tag
- Then click on "Delete" in the tag dropdown menu
- Finally click on "Delete tag" in the confirmation dialog
- The tag has now been permanently deleted
