Here is how to insert variables in lemlist

First click on "Campaigns" in the left sidebar under the Engage section
Then click on the campaign name from the campaigns list
Next click on the email step card in the sequence workflow
Then click on the area where you want to insert the variable
Next scroll down and click on the "Add personalization" button below the email content
Then click on the "Text variables" tab in the Personalization modal dialog
Finally select and click variable from the Contact variables list
