How it works
1. First locate and hover the message you want to track in any Channel or direct message
2. Then click on the more options menu (three dots) in the message actions toolbar
3. Finally click on the "Get notified about new replies" option in the dropdown menu
4. You will now receive notifications whenever someone replies to that message
