Here is how to download a contact information in manychat
- First click on the "Contacts" item in the left sidebar menu
- Then click on the contact name you want to download information from the contacts list
- Next click on the "More options" button (three dots) in the top-right corner of the contact details modal
- Then select "Download Contact Data" from the dropdown menu
- Click "Ok" on the confirmation dialog asking if you really want to download contact data
- Finally click "Download Contact Data" button in the export complete dialog
