- First in Zendesk sell, click on the "Settings" icon in the left sidebar
- Then click on Leads, Contacts or Deals under the "Customize" section
- Next click on the "Smart List Templates" tab in the main content area
- Locate the template you want to delete in the templates list
- Then click on the "Trashcan" icon next to it
- Finally, confirm the deletion by clicking the 'Delete' button in the confirmation dialog
