Here is how to remove links in articles in zendesk

  1. First in "Manage articles", select the article you want to edit from the articles list
  2. Then highlight the link you want to remove in the article
  3. Next click on the "Link" icon in the top toolbar 
  4. Click "Remove link" at the bottom of the dialog box
  5. Finally click the "Save" button in the bottom right to save the changes
  6. The link has successfully been removed in the article
