  1. First click on "Audience" in the left sidebar menu
  2. Next click on the "More options" dropdown button in the top-right corner of the Contacts page
  3. Then select "Groups" from the dropdown menu that appears
  4. Then click the "Create group" button in the top-right corner of the Groups page
  5. Next select the "Radio buttons" option in the Group type section
  6. Next enter the category title in the Group category field
  7. Next type in the first Group options text field
  8. Then click the "Add option" button below the Group options
  9. Then enter the word of your choice in the second Group options field
  10. Finally click the "Create group" button at the bottom of the modal window
