1. First click on the "Cross-functional project plan" item in the Projects section of the sidebar.

2. Then click on the "Share timeline with teammates" task in the List view.

3. Click on the "Schedule kickoff meeting" task in the List view to open its details.

4. In the task details panel, click on the "Convert to" menu option.

5. Select "Convert task to template" from the dropdown menu.

6. Finally click on "Task templates" in the Customize panel to view the newly created template.
