  1. First click on the "Content" option in the left sidebar
  2. Then click on "Knowledge Base" item in the content menu
  3. Click on the "Configure" button in the top navigation bar
  4. Select "Categories" from the dropdown menu
  5. Click on the category where you want to add a subcategory in the left category list
  6. In the top right, click "Create subcategory"
  7. In the dialog box, enter the subcategory name
  8. If you have a multi-language knowledge base, you can enter a separate name for each language
  9. Finally click on "Create subcategory" button to confirm creation
