Here is how to create a new tag group in klaviyo
- First click your organization name in the bottom left corner
- Next click on "Settings" option from the dropdown menu
- Click on "Tags" in the left settings menu
- Then click on "New tag group" button in the top right corner
- Enter a name for your new tag group in the tag group name field
- Next create tags within the group by entering a tag name in the Tags input field
- Click the "Add Tag" button to add the tag
- Add additional tags as needed
- Check the box “Only allow one tag from this group to be assigned to an item” to ensure that all tags within the group are mutually exclusive
- Finally, click the "Create tag group" button to save the new tag group
