1. In the left sidebar menu, go to the Leads tab

2. Locate and open the "Web Forms" in the top-right corner

3. Click on the Try Web Forms button

4. Next, click on the "Contact Us"

5. Then, click on the "Create form" button at the bottom of the template window

6. Click the edit pencil icon next to the "Introduction" section

7. In the Introduction dialog box, click the "Save" button

8. Click the main "Save" button in the top-right corner of the form editor

9. You now have an active web form in Pipedrive.
