1. First click on "Leads" tab in the left sidebar
2. Then click on "Chatbot" option under the LEADBOOSTER section in the left sidebar
3. Next click on "More options" button of the chatbot you want to duplicate
4. Finally click on "Duplicate" option in the playbook's context menu
