How to archive completed event tasks in Asana

How it works

  1. First click on your event project in the left sidebar
  2. Then click on "List" view in the top navigation bar
  3. Next click on "Filter" button in the top toolbar
  4. Then select "Incomplete tasks" from the quick filters menu
  5. Click on "Filters" button to close the filter options
  6. Review and click the check mark on any incomplete tasks if they are already done
  7. Next clickthe arrow down button option on the project header
  8. If the entire project is complete click archive
