  1. First click on your profile icon in the top right corner of the header
  2. Then click on "My Preferences" option in the dropdown menu
  3. Next click on "Shared Access" option in the left sidebar under the "SIGNING AND SENDING" section
  4. Then click on the "Share Access With Others" button in the top right corner of the main content area
  5. First select the "Allow to manage on behalf of you" radio button in the permissions section
  6. Then click on the calendar icon next to the "Start Date" field
  7. Next select your preferred date in the calendar picker
  8. Then click on the "End Date" field to set the end date
  9. Scroll down to view more options
  10. Then select the checkbox next to the user in the list you want to share your access with
  11. Finally click on the "Add" button at the bottom right to confirm sharing access
