  2. Next click on "My Preferences" option in the dropdown menu
  3. Then click on "Shared Access" item in the left sidebar under the "SIGNING AND SENDING" section
  4. Then click on "Share Access With Others" button in the top right area of the page
  5. Next click on "Allow to edit on behalf of you" radio button in the permissions section
  6. Next click on the calendar icon next to the "Start Date" field
  7. Then select your preferred date in the calendar picker
  8. Next click on the "End Date" calendar icon and set the date
  9. Then scroll down to view the user selection area
  10. Then select the checkbox next to the user in the list you want to share your access with
  11. Finally click on the "Add" button at the bottom right to confirm sharing access
