Here is how to add video questions in surveymonkey
- On your SurveyMonkey dashboard, choose the survey you want to edit from your list
- Next click on the "DESIGN SURVEY" tab in the top navigation menu
- Click “+ New Question” where you want the video to appear
- Type in your question and click the camera icon at the top of the input field
- Select the "embed" tab to proceed
- Upload your video file or paste in the video URL
- Click “Ok” to insert the video file
- Click “Save” to insert the video question into your survey
