How to add collaborators in task templates in Asana

How it works

1. First click on a project in the left sidebar
2. Then click on the "Customize" button in the top-right corner
3. Next click on "Task templates" option in the right sidebar
4. Click the three-dot icon next to the task template you want to add collaborators to
5. Click on the edit icon next to "Create content" task template
6. Scroll down
7. Click the "+" button in the Collaborators section
8. Click on the collaborator input field
9. Type the name or email of the collaborator you want to add in the collaborator field
10. Select the suggested collaborator from the dropdown
11. Click "Done" in the bottom right of the page when you finish editing Asana automatically saves the changes
