Here is how to add a start date to a list in clickup

  1. First in the left sidebar, locate the list for which you want to set a start date
  2. Next click on the three dots menu button next to the list
  3. Click on "List Info" option from the dropdown menu
  4. Click on "Set due date" button in the info panel
  5. Select "Start date" field in the date picker dialog
  6. Then select a date from the picker
  7. You can also click "Add time" to set a specific time if necessary
  8. Select your preferred time from the dropdown
  9. Optionally, add a due date if needed
