Here is how to access a conversation on a topic in intercom
- First click on the "Reports" item in the left sidebar menu
- Then click on "Conversation topics" in the left sidebar submenu
- Next click on the "Topics" item under Conversation topics in the sidebar menu
- Then click on the preferred topic to select in the topics table
- Next scroll down on the selected topic to access the "Conversations" section
- After that click on the conversation tab to further access the details of the conversation in the list
