Here is how to set the industry and vertical for your klaviyo account
- First, click on your account name in the lower-left corner
- Next click on the "Settings" option in the user dropdown menu
- Click on the "Organization" tab in the settings sidebar
- Then scroll down to the "Industry information" section
- Click on the "Select your industry" dropdown menu
- Select the industry that best matches your business from the dropdown menu
- Next click on the "Vertical" dropdown menu. You can only select a vertical if you are within one of the following ecommerce industries
- Then choose the vertical that best applies to your organization from the dropdown menu
- Finally click the "Save" button in the top right corner to apply the changes
