Here is how to reorder categories in your knowledge base in hubspot

  1. First click on the "Content" option in the left sidebar
  2. Then click on "Knowledge Base" item in the content menu
  3. Next click on the "Configure" dropdown in the top navigation bar
  4. Select "Categories" from the dropdown menu
  5. To reorder your categories, click and hold the drag handle next to a category name
  6. Drag and drop the category into your preferred order
  7. Repeat the same for the other categories as needed and then click on "Update template" button in the top right corner
  8. Finally, click on "Update" button in the confirmation dialog
  9. Now your categories are reordered and will appear in the updated order across your knowledge base
