  1. First, click on "Audience" in the left sidebar menu
  2. Then click on "All contacts" in the left sidebar submenu
  3. Check the box next to each contact you want to delete
  4. Click the "More actions" menu button (three dots) in the top toolbar
  5. Select "Delete" from the dropdown menu
  6. Click the radio button
  7. Click the "Continue to delete" button
  8. Check the checkbox
  9. Type "PERMANENTLY DELETE" in the confirmation text field
  10. Finally, click the "Permanently delete" button to complete the deletion
